You need this creamy, tangy dill pickle dip for your next party. It comes together in minutes using simple ingredients and delivers the bold flavor of your favorite pickles. This no-bake dip is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese and sour cream in a medium mixing bowl. Beat them together with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  2. Drain the chopped dill pickles well, pressing out any excess liquid. Add the chopped pickles to the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Pour in the pickle juice. Add the dried dill weed, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Mix everything together until the ingredients are evenly distributed. You can use the mixer on low speed or mix by hand with a spatula.
  5. Taste the dip and add a small splash more pickle juice if you want more tang.
  6. Cover the bowl and chill the dill pickle dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to blend.
  7. Serve your creamy pickle dip cold with your favorite chips, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For an extra layer of flavor, substitute 1/4 cup of the sour cream with plain Greek yogurt.
  • If you want a crunchier texture, reserve 2 tablespoons of the chopped pickles and stir them in just before serving.
  • This dip tastes even better if you make it a day ahead of time.
